César has been trained in illustration, concept art and storyboarding at ESDIP (School of Professional Drawing). He currently works as an illustrator in the design team of the Interactive Department of RTVE where he creates illustrations and designs posters and images for social networks, as well as infographics and web designs.

In addition, he is also in charge of the visual development of characters and scenarios for the editorial and audiovisual field and elaborates storyboards for commercials and short films. He has taken part in some high-profile projects for companies such as MediaPro and Telson 360º, developing concept art and storyboards for the Dubai World Expo 2020.

He is the author of Somos: Probetus, a graphic novel that combines adventure and science fiction.
