FICOMIC hosts the Sophie Castille Award for Best Translation. The award goes to translator Carlos Mayor for her work on "Obra hermética", de Moebius (Reservoir).

The biggest national event dedicated to vignettes consolidates its status as an essential meeting point for the art of comics, confirming its first guest figures and exhibitions, with the talent of Pepe Larraz as poster author.

The author will have an exhibition dedicated to his career in a co-production between CCCB and FICOMIC.

For reasons unrelated to the organization of Comic Barcelona, Max Baittinger will not be able to attend the event this year. We hope that the German and Sibylla could visit us in future editions.

Dejamos atrás un año 2020 sin habernos visto cara a cara, sin veros disfrutar de nuestro salón y, desafortunadamente, 2021 presenta una incertidumbre similar. Las restricciones y el ritmo actual de vacunación hacen que esta primavera sea demasiado pronto para organizar en condiciones un evento de la envergadura del COMIC BARCELONA, por lo que hemos tomado la difícil decisión de posponer el COMIC BARCELONA presencial para 2022.
