Vinyeta Ficomic Award
The Vinyeta Ficomic Award has been established to honor the finest comic in Catalan. This new award aims to enhance the prominence, acknowledgment, and prestige of comics in the Catalan language.
The 2026 Vinyeta Ficomic Award aims to highlight the work of comic book authors from Catalan-speaking territories and recognize publishers committed to releasing works in Catalan. The €2,000 award recognizes comic books published in Catalan in 2025.

The selection process involves the readers and the professionals in the sector. The final decision will be made by a specialized jury.
A reference list of works published in 2025 has been compiled in collaboration with ComiCat as a voting guide. This list provides a representative overview of the published titles.
Any work published in 2025 (i.e., with a publication date in that year) that does not appear on this list can also be voted for. Please notify us if a title is missing so that we can add it to the list. You can do so by writing to premios@ficomic.com.
The award will be a unique recognition within the world of comics and will be announced and presented on March 14, 2026, as part of the Night of Catalan Literature, promoted by Òmnium Cultural and the Institut d'Estudis Catalans (IEC).
