Fernando Llor (Vigo, 1982) has been a comic book writer since 2014.
To date, he has published 30 titles in Spain, France, the United States, Italy, and Portugal. Ojos Grises (Grey Eyes - Panini, 2016), Subnormal: Una Historia de Acoso Escolar (Retard: A Story about Bullying - Panini, 2020), Dreambreaker (Sallybooks, 2021), Soma (Planeta, 2023), El Libro Endemoniado (The Demonic Book - Norma, 2025), and El Espíritu del Escorpión (The Scorpion’s Spirit - Trenti, 2026).
He won the Best Spanish Screenwriter Award at the José Sanchis Grau Awards in 2019 and the Splash Award for Best Screenplay in 2021. Llor has also been nominated multiple times for Best National Screenwriter, including at the Carlos Giménez Awards (2017, 2018, and 2019) and the Critics' Awards (2022 and 2024). He has taught screenwriting for over a decade at the professional comic book school O Garaxe Hermético.
