Carmen Carnero is a Spanish comic book artist with over a decade of experience in the American industry.

After graduating with a degree in fine arts in 2013, she began her career and has since collaborated with publishers such as Dark Horse (Dragon Age) and DC Comics (Detective Comics, Wonder Woman, and Bombshells). Since 2018, however, she has worked exclusively for Marvel on iconic series such as Captain Marvel, X-Men Red, and Miles Morales: Spider-Man, Captain America, and Exceptional X-Men.

In 2019, Carnero was inducted into Marvel’s elite artist program, Stormbreakers, cementing her status as one of the publisher’s leading talents.

She is currently working on a new Iron Man series with writer Joshua Williamson.
