Stéphane Servain, born in 1970, is a French comic book artist and animator.
At only fifteen years old, he published a comic book about the history of Briançon.
In 1988, he enrolled at the Angoulême School of Comics. In 1990, the young publisher Guy Delcourt approached him about participating in the second volume of Les Enfants du Nil, a collection of short stories created by the school’s students under Frédéric Boilet's direction.
His notable works include La Traque Mémoire with Christophe Gibelin (1993 and 1994), L'Esprit de Warren written by Luc Brunschwig (1996, 1997, 1998, and 2005), L'Histoire de Siloë (2000 and 2003), Le Livre de Skell with Valérie Mangin (Quadrants, 2012–2013), and Holly Ann with Kid Toussaint (Casterman, 2015–present).
Currently, he is working on Ulyses & Cyrano with writers Xavier Dorison and Antoine Cristau, which is published by Norma Editorial.
